The compounding of well-located real property, purchased at a sensible price and managed with discipline, is one of the most reliable wealth-building mechanisms available to a patient investor. We have no interest in complicating it.

Investment Criteria

We prefer to buy existing buildings for less than it would cost to build them today. This provides an immediate margin of safety and protects us against new supply.

What we own

We focus on functional, income-producing properties that tenants need, not properties that look impressive in a presentation. The simpler and more essential the use, the better.

Functional light industrial parks and distribution hubs located near major transport routes. These assets support the movement of physical goods which is the backbone of the economy.

Specialised Commercial

Properties with long-term leases to creditworthy tenants, such as medical suites, fuel stations, or educational facilities where the tenant is committed to the location.
